Ads Traffic Protect provides advertising traffic protection services including bot detection, click fraud prevention, traffic quality analytics, and related tools designed to protect advertisers from invalid traffic and ad fraud.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the Services to harm, harass, or defraud third parties
• Resell or sublicense the Services without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including software, text, images, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Ads Traffic Protect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads Traffic Protect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely effective at eliminating all ad fraud, as no detection system is perfect.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ads Traffic Protect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
